Tracy's Cooked Apple Snack

1 med. Macintosh apple, peeled and sliced thinly
2 Tbsp. butter
Cinnamon and sugar to taste
Vanilla ice cream
Low-fat whipped cream

In a frying pan, cook apple slices in butter until lightly golden brown. Place in bowl. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Top with ice cream and whipped cream.
