Cucumber Salad

6 servings

2 med. cucumbers, thinly sliced
1/3 cup white vinegar
1/3 cup water
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Mix all but cucumbers in a medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours. Drain and serve.
