Pumpkin Pie

1 (16 ounce) can pumpkin
1 (12 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 pie shell

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour into pie shell. Bake 15 mins at 425 degrees; then reduce heat and bake 35-40 mins longer at 350 degrees. Allow to cool.
Serve with Vanilla Ice cream or whipped cream.
